code 3:20, LLC was contracted to take an existing website and transform it from non-responsive into a responsive website so that our friends at Google are very happy! This very beautiful website was developed by a very talented designer a couple of years ago. Almost every element on every page of the site has it's very own CSS which was implemented via SASS. This makes the job extremely challenging and has caused us to essentially start from scratch. We were able to reuse the content and images, etc, but everything else was built from scratch. We used Bootstrap with custom CSS and custom jQuery for this project. This menu contains dropdowns so the default functionality of Bootstrap didn't match the original website implementation. We changed the default values in order to reveal the dropdowns via hover, rather than clicking then used jQuery for touch devices. Each page was replaced one-by-one and now renders properly across all viewports.

Since we finished, another contractor is now editing the site, so we didn't add certain features to the site such as the video on the homepage. The Women's Hope Center is located in Dothan, Alabama. The organization is faith-based and the staff supports the surrounding communities with many free services for men and women such as pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, fatherhood program, etc. The Women's Hope Center provides great services in the Southeast and your tax free donations help them continue their work. code 3:20 was asked to develop a CMS site based on WordPress. We developed their site by customizing a child theme within the Genesis Framework. The child theme was the Modern Portfolio Pro. We customized the CSS and the theme functions to provide a site based on their specifications.

Fairhope Physical Therapy needed an update to their website. code 3:20 redesigned and now hosts and maintains the site. We brought a fresh look that is responsive to differing viewports and we implemented cacheing strategies to improve site speed.
